Hi, I’m Vili Hickey—womb healer, mama of two, former celebrity trainer, and your guide back to your power.
For years, I lived in overdrive. As an actress in Austria, then as a master trainer in L.A., I built a life that looked successful on the outside—but something was missing. It wasn’t until after the traumatic birth of my first child that everything cracked open. I was left with pain no one prepared me for—physically, emotionally, spiritually.
That’s when I started listening to my womb.
And what I found? Changed everything.
Today, I help women who feel disconnected from themselves—especially after becoming mothers—release stored trauma, reconnect with their intuition, and reclaim the pleasure and power they forgot they had.
I combine nervous system healing, biohacking tools, somatic movement, ancient rituals, and modern coaching to create real, lasting transformation.
